To qualify for any positions, you must meet the following criteria:
Executive Board
Please note the following:
• You are permitted to run for no more than two (2) positions.
• For every position applied for, you must get two new recommendations. Example: If Person A is running for VP and Treasurer, Person B and C can nominate for the VP spot, but neither one of them can nominate Person A for the Treasurer position.
• Each member can nominate only twice. Any 3rd (or further) nominations received from any member after are null and void. Be sure to communicate with your fellow members.
• Any existing staff members (either Otaku staff or SGA staff) cannot submit nominations.
• You cannot nominate yourself.
• Executive Board reserves the right to remove Operations Staff members from their positions (taking ranking into account), and SGA reserves the right to remove ANY Otaku staff member, with or without prior notice.
All applications are due in to me on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010, by 4:00pm. Late entries will not be accepted (if you don't plan to be here that day, turn it in earlier or leave it with a friend), and incomplete applications will be voided. Remember to attach a copy of your current schedule!

- Must currently be enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours
- Must be available on Mondays (from 3pm to 4pm) for bi-weekly SGA meetings
- Must be available on Thursdays (from 3pm to 5pm) for weekly Otakus meetings
- Must be available for any and all campus-wide events (will receive prior notice)
- Will be required to write a minimum of one (1) article for the club’s monthly newsletter
Operations Board - Must be currently be enrolled in a minimum of three (3) credit hours
- Must be available on Thursdays (from 3pm to 5pm) for weekly Otakus meetings
- Will be required to write a minimum of one (1) article for the club’s monthly newsletter
- Forum Webmaster and Social Media Webmaster: home internet access is recommended
All Positions - A copy of your current class schedule (available from admissions)
- Two (2) nominations from fellow members, to be filled out on the nomination sheet
